Dr. Furr is Board Certified by the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology and performs psychological, psychoeducational and neuropsychological evaluations.? These assessments assist in treatment planning, clarifying psychological issues relevant in psychotherapy, understanding the need for special accommodations in the classroom or in standardized testing.? Dr. Furr has considerable experience with evaluations for forensic contexts including Social Investigations and Parenting Plan Recommendation Evaluations.? Psychological evaluations can be requested by an individual for themselves, a parent, a doctor, another mental health professional or an attorney.? An initial consultation is required before a testing appointment is scheduled to understand the need for the evaluation and to obtain relevant history.
